Meet Your Coach
Tim Randolph, PharmD, MBA, MHA – VP, Executive Wellness
Dr. Randolph began his academic career studying Biochemistry at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY. Thereafter, he went on to earn his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Union University, Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, NY. After completing a post-graduate clinical pharmacy residency in North Carolina, Dr. Randolph went on to earn his Master’s Degree at Auburn University in Auburn, AL.
Dr. Randolph’s career began with patient-centered clinical pharmacy and transitioned over time to include high-level consulting arrangements across the United States and Europe. Achieving success first through his operational aptitude, Dr. Randolph readily transitioned to executive level international consulting arrangements within the pharmaceutical, health system, and transportation industries. Dr. Randolph has led consulting efforts at home and abroad, completing successful multi-year engagements in Spain, Germany, and Belgium.
In addition to these achievements, Dr. Randolph has maintained a successful career as a senior leader within complex integrated care delivery networks. His passion for leading others is clearly reflected in the personal touch provided throughout every client engagement, and the success of the leaders that have had the opportunity to pass through Dr. Randolph’s sphere of influence.
